Materials offered on this site are supplied exclusively to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals and institutional laboratories of legal age. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the materials will be used under appropriate laboratory supervision.

We may request verification of researcher or institutional status and may decline or cancel an order where that verification is not provided.

All compounds listed are chemical reference materials intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical work.

They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection or any topical or personal application. No statement on this site is a claim of safety or efficacy for any human use.

The buyer is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply where the material is received and used.

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only once payment has been verified and the order has been confirmed by our team. We may decline an order at our discretion, including where eligibility or intended use cannot be established.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at the time of ordering applies to that order.

Payment is completed through the methods offered at checkout, such as Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay or Bitcoin. Where a cryptocurrency amount is quoted, it is calculated at the rate shown with the order and must be sent within the stated window.

Orders are dispatched from US facilities in temperature-controlled packaging. Transit times shown on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping applies to qualifying domestic orders above the stated threshold. International shipping is charged separately, and duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because these are laboratory reference materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Unopened vials may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to review and a return authorization issued before shipment.

If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and vials so we can replace or resolve it.

Each production lot is assayed by an independent analytical laboratory. The certificate of analysis published for a lot describes the identity, purity and analytical method for that lot. Certificates are published for reference and are not a warranty of suitability for any particular experiment.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of supplied materials.

We may update these terms as our operations or the applicable rules change. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
